Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy tower beside the infrared sauna at Beit Sisu

Red light therapy in Dubai Media City

Every Beit Sisu contrast therapy suite includes a red light therapy tower, so you can add it to your sauna and cold plunge session at no extra cost.

What is red light therapy?

Red light therapy uses panels of red and near-infrared light that work at the level of your cells to support healing and recovery in skin, hair and muscles. It’s different from an infrared sauna, which uses heat to raise your body temperature and make you sweat – using both in one session gives you the benefits of each.

What people use it for

  • Skin – softening fine lines, calming breakouts and helping scars heal.
  • Recovery and pain relief – easing muscle soreness after training.
  • Mood – many guests find it lifts their mood and helps them relax.

How to use it in your session

Stand or sit facing the tower whenever you like during your session – between sauna rounds works well. There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to wear except your swimsuit.

Prices

Included in every contrast therapy session: 1 person from AED 160, 2 people from AED 200, or the Intro Offer (3 × 60 min) for AED 350.

Benefits

Red light therapy releases endorphins, the body’s natural “feel-good” chemicals, lifting your mood and easing depressive feelings. It also reduces cortisol levels and calms the body’s stress response by regulating the autonomic nervous system, offering stress and anxiety relief.

Improve fine lines & wrinkles, reduce acne & breakouts, treat psoriasis, improve scarring, aid wound healing, promote hair growth

Red light therapy eases muscle soreness and injury pain. Its painkilling properties reduce pain and discomfort from exercise-induced muscle soreness or injuries, aiding in quicker recovery.
